Mindful Yoga - Taster

Mindful yoga is a gentle style of yoga, exploring practices that assist in calming the nervous system, increasing energy flow, toning the vagus nerve, gathering vitality and balancing stress levels.

Course Outline:

  • Centring and focus
  • Stretching and strengthening body
  • Regulating the breath and nervous system
  • Somatic meditation and deep relaxation
