At St George & Sutherland Community College (SGSCC), we believe education changes lives.

From young people rediscovering a love of learning, to adults building new careers, to people living with disabilities achieving greater independence, every story is different—but every story matters. 

For more than 45 years, SGSCC has been a place where opportunity begins, potential is realised, and lives are transformed. We are proud to be more than an education provider. We are a community where people are welcomed, supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.

Our Journey

Over Four Decades of Changing Lives 

Since 1979, SGSCC has grown from a local adult education provider into one of Southern Sydney's most respected community organisations. 

Today, we deliver Vocational Training, Disability Services, Youth Programs, English Language Courses, School Age Tutoring, and Leisure and Lifestyle Courses, all are lifelong learning opportunities that support thousands of people each year.

While our services have grown and evolved, our purpose has never changed—to empower people through learning and create opportunities for everyone to thrive.
