In this short course, you will learn how to transform simple sugar cookies into stunning, professional looking Easter treats using fondant, embossers, stencils, moulds and layering techniques. Guided by experienced decorator Eva Erlic-Maestrelli, you will discover how to achieve clean lines, smooth fondant finishes, balanced colour palettes and beautiful themed designs perfect for gifting, entertaining or selling.

This class is designed for total beginners through to confident home bakers wanting to elevate their decorating skills. You will work step-by-step to decorate a selection of pre-baked cookies while exploring different textures, cutters, tools, and creative finishes that bring your Easter themes to life. You’ll also learn tips for packaging, presentation, and storing your creations to keep them fresh and flawless.

By the end of the workshop, you will take home a gorgeous box of completed cookies along with the confidence to recreate these designs at home. Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable morning of creativity, learning, and delicious fun!

  • 1 Packet of Queens Fondant available at Woollies or Coles
  • Rolling pin
  • Container or biscuit box to take cookies home
  • Notepad and pen (optional)
  • All tools, fondant, and cookies are supplied
