About the Tutor
'My name is Kathy and I have been crocheting for almost 50 years and many might say that I am addicted. I have recently completed a crochet teacher course and will soon become an accredited crochet teacher. As a young girl I started with granny squares and by the time I had my first child at 19 I was able to read patterns and create beautiful baby shawls.
I love to create intricate and colourful wearables for the whole family and have made many one-off items that have made their way to friends and family across the world. I love to save granny square blankets and have recently begun to upcycle them into wearables. This is something that I would love to share with each of you as you begin your very own journey.'
