This 10-week Abs, Butts & Thighs program is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and support healthy weight loss through targeted lower-body training. Each session focuses on sculpting your core, glutes, and thighs using progressive exercises that enhance functional movement, posture, and body control. With a blend of resistance, cardio, and conditioning, the program increases calorie burn while toning key muscle groups, helping you feel leaner, stronger, and more confident week by week.

- To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
- All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
